Our internal processing time is up to 48 hours for initial dispatch readiness. For full order completion—including verification, inspection, packaging, and dispatch preparation—the total processing window is 2–7 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery timing depends entirely on carrier performance and external logistics conditions—not SOFTMINDBOOK’s operations.

Transit time from dispatch to delivery is typically 7–15 business days for destinations including, but not limited to: Russia, Brazil, Israel, Japan, Chile, Mexico, Ukraine, India, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Argentina, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and the United Arab Emirates.

Actual transit duration may vary due to factors outside our control, such as:

  • customs procedures
  • transportation disruptions
  • local regulations

  • carrier limitations
  • country-specific import and transportation policies

How We Communicate Delays

If a delay affects your order—whether during processing or after dispatch—we proactively notify you via email using the address associated with your order. Notifications include the nature of the delay, its likely cause, and any updated timeline we can reasonably provide.

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. When external circumstances impact transit, we share verified information—not estimates—based on direct carrier updates or official customs advisories.

Your Role in Smooth Delivery

To support timely delivery:

  • Provide a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout—including postal code, city, and country.
  • Ensure contact details (especially email) are current so we can reach you about order status or required action (e.g., customs documentation).
  • Monitor tracking information once dispatched and respond promptly if customs or carrier requests additional information.
